Social
Graces

Sending good news is a social grace
Which we take for granted all over the place
Bumping into a friend is delight of a kind
A word to the wise, actually never mind
Think for yourself, do what you do
But keep your self cool and your character true
Catch up on your reading there's lots left to know
And there’s plenty of time, Trust me I know
Become a better parent even if you’re at the
top of your game
And be a good role model and your kids will do the
same
Read the Sunday paper but be sure you’ve paid
the man
We don’t want any misunderstandings with those
words in your hand
Relax your doing the best you can and it’s become
a valiant try
You’re doing good things, and helping the world
as people just pass by
No need to be recognized just remembered in time
For the light that you brought, when you brightened
up mine
